ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Develop, deliver, train and maintain DSD Receiver training programs in both written and electronic formats.

2. Develop, deliver, train and maintain DSD Certification processes and records.

3.Performs Audits of DSD procedures at store level and make company-wide recommendations for process improvements.

4.Performs audits of DSD procedures to address and correct store level deficiencies.

5.Serves as a liaison between the stores and pricing, RAS and Category Management.

6.Reviews and analyzes DSD receiving data to identify shrink, billing issues and poor service levels.

7.Develop workflow improvements that help vendors and DSD receiver process transactions timely without jeopardizing accuracy.

8.Assist the organization with development, implementation and training of SBT or Scanned Based Trading systems.

9.Maintains relevant and appropriate data and reference documents on the LFS Intranet for DSD Receivers.

10.Develop a system that schedules vendors and assists in managing DSD receiver workload.

11.Work with DSD receivers on backroom processes outside DSD Receiving to include DRC processes, 5S, waste management and recyclables.

12.Assists with remodel and new store DSD Receiver staffing and training.

13.Identifies and seeks resolution to operational issues that affect shrink, gross profit, and profitability.

14.Participates in Shrink Audits as assigned by Director of Asset Protection.

15.Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Incumbent should possess the knowledge and skills generally associated with a Bachelors Degree plus 2-4 years of progressive supermarket experience and computer literacy. Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.



DIRECTION / RESPONSIBILITY
Works under the general supervision of the AP Manager of Investigations. Works closely with AP Specialists, Front End Specialists and Store Management teams in regards to Asset Protection issues.
